Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Strings that have been opened or used.

  • Custom or personalized instruments.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless they arrive damaged or defective).


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at goldentonewood@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided return address. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and will be applied to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order details.

  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Late or Missing Refunds
