Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • USA

  • Asia

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Custom or special orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated via email.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • GLS Shipping: [ 3-6 business days]

  • Romanian Post Office & EMS Shipping: [ 6-9 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the package.

  • Deliveries of oversized instruments like double basses or cellos (to some countries) we have to charge a proportionate shipping cost and Delivery may be done with Private Delivery. 
  • Prices are net prices without VAT and valid for customers within the EU with a valid VAT number or for customers outside the EU area.
  • For EU Customers without VAT number, we have to charge 20% VAT.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at goldentonewood@gmail.com.


International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at goldentonewood@gmail.com so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
